At JungleLaz, our physical fashion items are produced on demand and released in strictly limited quantities, with each item limited to a maximum of 100 pieces. Our digital products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase.

Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Physical Products

Our fashion and merchandise items are produced specifically in response to orders and are available in limited quantities.

Because each item is produced on demand and our collections are intentionally limited to a maximum of 100 pieces per item, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the item.

Please carefully review the product description, sizing information, specifications, and any other available details before completing your purchase.

All purchases of physical products are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Digital Products

Digital products, including but not limited to music, downloads, digital artwork, files, and other downloadable content, are delivered electronically.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns of digital products or issue refunds after a purchase has been completed.

Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing and that your device and software are compatible with the product before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered and for your physical items to arrive in acceptable condition.

If you receive an item that is damaged during delivery, defective, or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and contact details

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or video showing the problem

  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, determine whether a replacement or another suitable resolution can be provided.

This does not constitute a general right of return or refund and does not apply to issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect care, accidental damage, or selecting the wrong size.

Order Cancellation

Because physical products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we generally cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once payment has been completed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. We will consider the request where production or fulfilment has not yet commenced, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Digital orders generally cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been made available for download or access.
